By accessing or using Ajora Academy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Ajora Academy provides Sri Lankan AL and OL past papers and marking schemes, free of charge for recent years, with older papers and additional features (bookmarks, download history) unlocked by creating a free account. We also offer optional paid "Unit Bundles" — curated sets of papers, marking schemes and model papers organized by exam unit.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the Service (e.g. automated scraping, reselling downloaded content, or attempting to bypass access controls).
Papers and marking schemes from 2010 onward are free to browse and download. Older papers require a free account. Unit Bundles are one-time purchases in LKR; pricing is shown on the Unit Bundles page at the time of purchase.
Payments for Unit Bundles are processed by a third-party payment provider. Once a bundle's content has been accessed or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection law or at our discretion for a genuine error (e.g. duplicate charge). Contact business@ajoraacademy.com for payment issues.
You agree not to: redistribute or resell downloaded content commercially, attempt to bypass paywalls or account gating, scrape the Service at scale, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
Past papers and marking schemes are examination materials originally published by the relevant Sri Lankan examinations authority. We make them available for personal, educational, non-commercial study use. See our Legal page for our copyright policy and how to submit a takedown request.
We aim to keep the Service available and up to date but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Content, pricing, and features may change without notice.
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure papers and marking schemes are accurate, but we're not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes (including exam results) related to your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
