Last updated: . This explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
Ajora Academy ("we", "us") operates ajoraacademy.pages.dev (and any custom domain we later attach to it), a free library of Sri Lankan AL and OL past papers, marking schemes, and paid unit bundles. For privacy questions, contact privacy@ajoraacademy.com.
Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We don't receive or store your Google password.
Usage data: papers you save (bookmarks) and download, so your dashboard can show them back to you.
Purchase data: if you buy a unit bundle, we store the bundle purchased, amount, and status — not your card or payment details, which are handled directly by our payment processor.
Technical data: standard web request data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability, and a session cookie to keep you logged in.
To provide the core service — showing you the right papers, remembering what you've saved, unlocking older papers for account holders, and fulfilling bundle purchases. We don't use your data for anything beyond running and improving Ajora Academy.
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with advertisers for targeting. Any advertising on this site is served without using your account data.
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies of our own; third-party services we rely on (Google Sign-In, our hosting/CDN provider) may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.
Account and usage data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage). Paper files themselves are also stored there.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and associated data, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by emailing privacy@ajoraacademy.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Ajora Academy is built for AL and OL students, many of whom are minors. We only collect what's needed to run the service (see section 2) and don't knowingly collect more than that. If you're a parent or guardian with concerns, contact us at the address above.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
