1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ajora.academy (the "Site"), operated by Ajora Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Description of service
Ajora Academy provides a searchable library of A/L and O/L past papers and marking schemes, most of which are free to download, along with paid Unit Bundles that group past questions, marking schemes and model papers by exam unit. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
Papers and marking schemes from 2010 onward are free to everyone with no account required. Papers and marking schemes from before 2010 require a free account. Unit Bundles require a free account plus a one-time payment.
Many of our users are school students under 18. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to create an account and to make any purchase. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, and not to create an account using someone else's name or identity.
4. Past papers & copyright
Past examination papers and marking schemes made available on the Site originate from Sri Lanka's national examination authorities. Ajora Academy does not claim authorship or ownership of that examination content — we organize, index and host copies of it to make studying easier to access.
Papers on the Site are provided for personal, non-commercial, educational study use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish papers or marking schemes obtained from the Site in bulk or as part of another product or service.
If you're a rights holder and believe content on the Site shouldn't be here, contact us using the details in Section 13 and we'll review and respond promptly, including removing the content while we look into it if appropriate.
5. Unit Bundles & payments
- Unit Bundles are a one-time purchase — there's no subscription or recurring charge.
- Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we don't store your card or banking details.
- All Unit Bundle purchases are final. Because bundles are digital content delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase is complete.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or mirror the Site's library in a way that goes beyond normal personal study use.
- Attempt to access the admin panel, file storage, or any account that isn't yours.
- Upload or attempt to upload files to the Site if you are not an authorized administrator.
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers or infrastructure.
- Share your account login with others or use another student's account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Ajora Academy's intellectual property
Excluding the exam board content described in Section 4, the Ajora Academy name, logo, site design, and any original written content on the Site (guides, comparisons, bundle descriptions, etc.) belong to Ajora Academy. You may not copy or reuse these commercially without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all papers, marking schemes and bundles are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep papers accurately labeled and complete, but we don't guarantee that every document is free of errors, that marking schemes exactly match every paper, or that the Site will be available without interruption.
Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of exam results or academic outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajora Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including exam outcomes, lost study time, or issues caused by a downloaded file. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Unit Bundle is limited to the amount you paid for that bundle.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where the violation is serious (e.g. attempting to breach site security).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
